Team Leaders

Once known as the "young brothers" in the industry, Jim and Dan Pino have been partners at Olympus for over 30 years. 


Jim Pino Jr. is a graduate from Ithaca College, and also holds an MBA from the University of New Haven with a Finance concentration. A past member of the Construction Specifications Institute, Jim is also a Construction Documents Technologist (CDT). Besides overseeing the entire operations of the company, Jim specializes in cost estimating, budget preparation, value engineering, planning, along with many other roles.


Dan Pino is a graduate from Fordham University, and has also completed the New York University Professional Real Estate Program, with a concentration in Construction Management. Besides overseeing the entire operations of the company, Dan specializes in scheduling, field and manpower preparation, planning, along with many other roles.


Both Jim and Dan have completed programs at the Construction Estimating Institute of America (including the Certified Take Off Estimator (CTE) program).


Over the years, Olympus has been known for its sponsorship and participation at numerous charitable events. Most notably, Jim founded and still co-chairs the annual Beach Jam for Cancer Patient Care at the Westbrook Elks Club, an event that has raised over $375,000 for cancer patients in need, with Olympus being a long standing Gold Sponsor since the event's inception.
